Boudoir Galleria Ottica is committed to insure that your personal data remain safe and are not used in any inappropriate manner. By ordering at www.boudoir.venice.it and www.boudoirvenice.com we need to collect informations such as your name, e-mail address, shipping address and phone number, in order to process your order or contact you in case of need. The information that you provide us, with a record of your purchases, will be saved in a database, unless you write us a note and ask to cancel them. Please note this would make any warranty hard to apply as we are trace of your purchase. We don’t share any of  your information with third parties.

The cost of glasses includes a case, cleaning cloth and spray, handling and packaging.

Shipping not included. We are not responsible for wrong addresses and reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for any returned items due to a wrong address delivery. Please check and confirm your shipping address before placing your order. Items are shipped out within the next three business days after payment has been verified (Sunday and Holidays excluded). The items will be sent from Venice, Italy by Poste Italiane Registered parcel or by TNT Traco (private  parcel service).

RETURN POLICY - EXCHANGES - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

If your glasses do not meet your expectations, you may substitute them with another pair, changing model or color. Although the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract of purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless otherwise stated by the terms.

Withdrawal and exchanges must be exercised as follows:

• Exchanges, and withdrawal requests, will not be accepted after 14 days of receipt. Only repairs can be accepted within six months of purchase.

• E-mailing Boudoir at info@boudoir.venice.it  requesting an RMA ( return merchandise authorization) and telling us what the issue is about.

• Products must be returned within 15 days from the RMA issuing date.

• Products must be returned with original package, with DEMO lenses fitted and including any accessories.

• Products must not have been used, worn, or damaged.

• The exchange/refund will be processed only after Boudoir has received  the returned items.

• Products purchased from the “special offer / sale “ section are not eligible for refund  or exchange, although they are covered by warranty as by law.

• Costs and risks related to product return will be liable by the customer.

Boudoir will refund the customer the paid  amount including 50% of the initial shipping costs incurred in sending the products. The refund amount will be credited, if possible, on the same type of payment used for the purchase, otherwise another type will be agreed with the customer.

The right of withdrawal is excluded in case of tailored or personalized goods or products which owing to their nature can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly or sealed goods which for hygiene or health-related reasons can not be replaced once opened.

PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

These terms apply to all sales made online on www.boudoir.venice.it by Boudoir di De Lorenzo Alessandro. Such sales are conducted solely for private customers and for non-commercial purposes.

 

The customer will be charged the price listed on the site at the time of the order.

The prices listed on the www.boudoir.venice.it are in Euros (€) and  include VAT. Eventual extra charges, as for example delivery expenses are stated seperatle in the invoice and inclusive of VAT. Other taxes and eventual fees when they apply (it depends on  the legislation of the country of destination) are charged to the customer by the customs, according the legislation of the country of destination

 

WARRANTY OF PRODUCTS

Any product presented on www.boudoir.venice.it  comply with the national and Community legislation in force in Italy. Our products are guaranteed two years from the date of purchase .

NON-COMPLIANCE

​

The images of the products published on the website, represent the real item, but color may differ from the real product due to system settings, lighting or tools used for displaying items. All products sold on the www.boudoir.venice.it are covered by warranty in accordance with the applicable laws. Products which have been altered by the client after purchase by repairing or modifying in any way , are excluded from the warranty. Failures, malfunctions or other defects caused by accidental events, by the customer or by improper use of the product are also excluded from the warranty. The warranty covers: production defects, temples, hinges colour and finish. In case of warranty, customers must contact Boudoir prior to making any, in order to start the return process. Please read our Return/Refund policy for details. Defective products must be returned within 15 days from the “Return Merchandise Authorization” issuing date. Shipping costs for product exchange, reparation and warranty, will be paid by the customer, unless differently agreed by Boudoir and specified in our RMA.   For any further question, please get in touch with us, we are always happy to help you out.
