SHIPPING POLICY

These terms apply to all sales made online on www.boudoir.venice.it by Boudoir di De Lorenzo Alessandro. Such sales are conducted solely for private customers and for non-commercial purposes.

The customer will be charged the price listed on the site at the time of the order.

The prices listed on the www.boudoir.venice.it are in Euros (€) and include VAT. Eventual extra charges, as for example delivery costs, where applicable, are displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed and are inclusive of VAT where required by law. Other taxes and eventual fees where applicable (it depends on the legislation of the country of destination) are charged to the customer by the customs, according to the legislation of the country of destination

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If the glasses do not meet your expectations, you may request either an exchange or exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the conditions below. Withdrawal and exchanges must be exercised as follows:

Requests for exchange or withdrawal will not be accepted more than 14 days after receipt of the goods. Only repairs can be accepted later.
By emailing Boudoir at info@boudoir.venice.it requesting an RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization ) and telling us what the issue is about.
Products must be returned within 15 days from the RMA issue date.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with the DEMO lenses fitted and including all accessories supplied with the product.
Products must be returned in their original condition and must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and fit.
Refunds will be processed once the returned products have been received and inspected.

Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price are covered by the same statutory withdrawal rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the direct cost of returning goods shall be borne by the customer.
