Joël LESCA created his first collection in 1964 in a workshop in the Secrétan district, in the 19th arrondissement of Paris. Over the years, it has built a solid clientele of independent opticians and specialist retail outlets around the world. Since 1964, Lesca has employed artisans from several European countries, most notably France and Germany. Inspired by the techniques of the past of handwork, LESCA glasses are riveted and modeled according to rigorous specifications.
